Some new figures I just finished from Reaper Miniatures 'Chronoscape' line, which produces a mish-mash of figures based on popular culture. The first is supposed to be Tallahassee from the Zombieland movie (although I didn't paint him as such), and the second is a pretty run of the mill priest. I intend to use them in my skirmish game Dinosaur Cowboys, so they'll fit in perfectly.
For the super duper high res pics see here. Nice to get back to painting since I've been out of it for quite a while.

Also any recommendations on a good matte protective spray? I was using "Armory Clear Matte Spray" but it seems to leave gritty white bits that are really noticeable on dark material. I had used the standard GW spray but found it a bit thick even from a far distance and just super light bursts.

Testor's dullcote.

Or for single figures I'll use a brush on gloss followed by a brush on flat coat. Much easier and faster than the spray for small batches (and less chance to mess up the paint)
