I'm sorry if it's hard to read, because there IS a lot of additional wargear. It mostly features Vanilla Marine rules, just without Combat Tactics.
I added a few units and Special Rules to make Them more Relictors-ish, including Radical Inquisitors and their personal retinues.
Tell me what you think, this has been a combined project of three people and I personally thank EnormousName for his help.

I'm entirely open for criticism, and I would, in fact greatly appreciate it.

It has been fixed in a newer version, which I haven't had found time to upload. And I forgot.
It means the weapon ignores invulnerable saves that are 4+ or worse.

I would probably remove that silly-ness from the Warp Blade. Yes the model is 275, but you've essentially made the model capable of destroying everything except for SS models, not even Abaddon or Calgar can manage that. No amount of fluff is going to make up for that ott.

Perhaps this is a typo, but the Conclave Members are 25pts each with 2 wounds? I would definitely bump that points value up a lot.

I enjoy seeing a Relictor dex, I always had a soft spot for those little heretics. My best advice is scaling the unique models to something equivalent from 5th ed. When in doubt make models cost more so people will let you play more and if you are losing consistently start to draw down the points until you get some solid back and forth battles. After all you created the dex so you should be an ace player with it.

1. I guess you are right, but according to the Excoriator's Blade's fluff, it really can cut almost anything. I guess that ignoring everything worse than a 4+ is kinda much so maybe 5+ or worse?
2. In this version the Conclave members REALLY are 25/model, with two wounds but I thought the cost for the upgrades made up for it. Currently they are 20/each, with one wound but I haven't had time to upload.
