Well general tactics would be to just rush everything except the troops. I would focus on one target before moving on to the next. My tactical squad would combat squad into this way:
Plasma gun and lascannon on one OBJ
Other 5 guys with the razorback on another.
If for example the obj is out of my deployment, just rush the razorback with the 5 guys inside.
I would have some sort of spearhead with my vehicles in this manner:

I am very flexible at the moment as I have a friend whose willing to let me borrow some stuff (hes got 15k points worth of stuff lolz)
If changes are needed I wouldn't hesitate.

Ok... my suggestion. Trim the terminators to a 5 man squad, and swap the chappy with a vanilla librarian. Use the saved points to swap out the scouts with another tac squad in a las/plas razorback.

Blood angels might be a better codex to use for this list as well... fast vehicles are much better. Moving 12" and firing a vindicator is sexy.

Switching to Blood Angels is for sissys. Codex Chapters that magically have Death Company in them? Bah!

I would suggest bumping the Scouts for actual Space Marines.

Chaplains are only good for giving the terminators rerolls the moment they charge. If you are intent on bringing one, drop it down to having no Terminator Armor (or, if you still want to spend 125 pts, I suggest picking up a Chaplain Cassius. T6 Chaplain with a mastercrafted combi-flamer w/ Hellfire Shells).

One Vindicator is dogmeat. Vindicators can either be ignored first turn or shot till their shaken, depending on board size.

I had way too much fun with BA last game night. 2k points with double FOC I fielded.....
