Hi Dakka Land,
Here is a list I've been considering. The plan is using Techmarine to bolster,hopefully a ruin. If not,regular area terrain. The two Devastator squads and the Thunderfire go in the terrain. Everyone else rushes forward to attack! Will this work?

I've thought about something similar. With the captain, give him a pfist to let him win all kinds of challenges.

I don't really like Devastator squads, though. Sure they're cheaper as BA, but Devastators are overpriced for the firepower they bring to the table, imo.

do you need to pay to give assault squads jump packs? if so they will be walking, and will be blown to oblivion before reaching an objective, so try give them rhinos to ride in, that way your moving 18"
im assuming the priests are with the bikers, they will be good targets to snipe as i dont know if can join the bikers or not, otherwise quite a solid list

Assault Marines get Jump Packs for free. That's why they get cheap transports if they remove them.

For Psyker powers, I'd suggest Divination. There are some pretty good ones, like Null Zone on steroids. It's probably one of the better solutions for handling Assault Terminators, as a 2+ that you have to re-roll is just slightly better than a normal 3+, and it works with invul and cover saves too.

Ricter,is there a better option than using devastators? There tend to be a lot of terminator based armies in my area. So,AP2 is almost necessary.

I would like an ADL to hide the big guns behind.

Then I would give the librarian a bike.

Then I think plasmaguns on bikes are best for their range.
But for some reason I think heavy plasma guns on the dev. squads are too dangerous.

Take a quad gun to shoot down flyers, though also it is a useful gun.

You have the start of a very good thing, play test and perfect it
