I would trade out the CM for CP just because that is your combat troops, and with the 16 points maybe add an extra weapon to the vendetta.

Maybe throw heavy bolters on the vetta, and another Wolf tail talisman?

Keep the combi-meltas on the wolf guard - If you trade them out for plasma's then you wont' have anything to deal with AV14. But, switch the meltaguns on the IG command squad to plasmaguns. You don't really want that squad to get within 12" of the enemy anyway. They wan't to hang back and shoot things that have 2+ armor. Otherwise, it looks like a fairly standard list.

75pts is the hydra flak tank, for 4 plasma guns it would be 20pts to make the melta become plasma

I would really recomend not taking PF on wolf guard Anymore since they can be challenged and if the unit only has one character he cannot back down and he is dead.
Better to put Axes or PF in the unit hidden and keep WG simple with PW or WC at ordinary initiative.
That or you have to spend more points on characters. Space wolves has ben written with allmost only challenges in mind so we can buy more characters than others in order to avoid the dilemma of being forced to accept.

Yes, drop powerfists, those guys will die in challenges. Go for a powerweapon maybe?
I would bring another vendettas and an ADL with quadgun, rather than all that guard.
