Space Wolves and Rune Priest to Deploy on foot, their pod drop empty so i can drop 3 pods turn 1

Give him Runic Armor instead so he gets a 2+ save and the ability to cast two powers. (atleast i'm pretty sure that's what it does)

Also, you cannot transport allies in each others transports, to the rune priest could not join Vulkan if they are podding in.

I dont' see why you need to do this as an allies list. Why can't you do this as all SW's or all SM's?

It is reasonable list.
To get long fangs and a rune priest, it is probably worth taking the grey hunters.

I would go more deadly on drop pods and ADL with quadgun.
