I have noticed that nowhere in the IA5 "Renegades & Heretics: Defenders of Vraks" army list is there a mention of their Command Squads being able to issue orders akin to their loyalist counterparts, yet I noticed that numerous units in the list can be upgraded to have vox-casters.

Does this mean that the DoV army list is supposed to allow orders and just doesn't mention it? Or is there some alternate use of vox-casters that I am not aware of?...

There was an alternate use for vox-casters, however, for renegades and heretics, they do nothing.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Thought vox-casters allowed re-roll of the random Ld?

Woops, didn't notice that line under the "Renegades" rule. Thanks for the assitance with my apparently lacking reading comprehension
