I'm thinking there should be a really strong long-range fire-support from the 2 initiate squads, the Marshall command squad, ADL and landspeeders.
The pods will provide a quick way to bring the fight to the enemy with the MoS command squad and assault termies, quickly followed by the 3rd initiate squad with the Champ to capture objectives. This list has 15 Termies in it, which is somewhat of a point-sink, but definitely fun.

As an alternative, I can drop-the MoS and his command squad and bring a 4th initiate squad with a decked-out reclusiarch in a pod and a 3rd Typhoon Land-speeder, while this is probably a bit more competitive, I kinda like my termies (who doesn't)...

Let me know what you guys think, one obvious drawback is the complete lack of transport but then again, it may not be a bad thing...

I'd say it's quite a descent list mate ayye. It's not the most competitive, the second option probably one of the more competitive lists out there. But overall, a good list.

I would definitely add in the 4th crusader squad, as you are currently a little light in scoring-troops. Also, I would be hesitant to use a drop pod with assaut termies, as they will be standing in the open for a whole turn. I would try to fit in a land raider to transport the terms, as it will offer a ton of protection, and they can assault the turn they get out.

Also, I don't know what you normally face, but you may have issues against av14, as missiles can only glace, and thats a 1 in 6 chance, and the lascannons are only slightly better. I would suggest either a vindicator, or a dread with TL Las and tank hunter, as the str10, or the str9 double rerollable will probably help with av14.

Other than that the list looks pretty solid!

Thanks for the feedback. I might try the list as is for fun, then make changes as suggested.

I have to agree with comments above.
Assault termies in a drop pod may struggle to find cc.
Then there is lack of scoring goodness.

I think I would drop the drop the command squad with CMLs and a HQ.
Then swap assault termies, for tank hunter assault cannon dread.
Spending spare points on more crusaders and typhoons.
