Pyro Pilot of a Triach Stalker

New York

Warboss - Warbike, Cybork Body, Power Klaw (ride by the wagons and will be used to pop tanks and kill anything too close for comfort)

Boyz X20 - Shootas, 2 Big Shootas, Nob with Power Klaw and Bosspole (Included in total)

Boyz X20 - Shootas, 2 Big Shootas, Nob with Power Klaw and Bosspole (Included in total)

Dakkajet - Extra Supa Shoota, Fighta Ace

Deffkoptas X2 - Twin-Linked Rokkit Launchas

Deffkoptas X3 - Twin-Linked Rokkit Launchas

Battlewagon - Deffrolla, Grot Riggers, 4 Big Shootas, Kannon (NOT a Kilkannon)

Battlewagon - Deffrolla, Grot Riggers, 4 Big Shootas, Kannon (NOT a Kilkannon)

Overlord - Warscythe, Mindshackle Scarabs

Catacomb Command Barge

Cryptek - Harbinger of Despair, Veil of Darkness

Warriors X10

The Cryptek joins with the warriors, which lets them deep strike to take out tanks/week units and/or claim objectives. Everything else travels up the board, laying down lots of dakka, then the Warboss, Overlord, and the Boyz (if needed) pick off the rest.

Thoughts?

Help! Its dark and I can smell...mmm...bacon

Try and stick a couple nob bikerz for wound allocation-ish shenanigans.

If you want necron tank killing awesomness, fit those warriors in a night scythe with a Harbinger of the Storm. 250 points (or somewhere around there cause I cant give exact point amounts) for a unit that can pretty much get anywhere on the board and pop a tank of any size with ease. Assault 4 haywire and glancing on 6's from the rest... I'll take two.

Both ideas are great.

Frankly, at the 1500 pt level, I wouldn't bother taking allies. Necrons and Orks can field strong armies at this pt level.

I don't see how the warrior squad is adding much to this list. 20 rapid fire shots average around 2 glances.. No tank is going to die to that except maybe killa kans or venoms. Unless you took 2 squads of warriors in scythes and a doom scythe I don't think allies at this level help you too much.

Necrons: 2200 Points
Orks: 3000 Points
Space Marines: 165 Points

His plan is to add a Harbinger of Storm who comes with a voltaik staff.

20 shots glance on a 6th. I make it 2/3 likely to to glance away 3 or more hull points on any given turn, assuming they are all still alive, this is not to shabby.
