Ok, is a mastery level 2 or more psycher allowed to use the same power twice? I originally thought no, but then I've heard a lot about Eldrad fortuning several units in a turn, so now Im not sure. I skimmed the rulebook and could find nothing to say I can or can't. In the context that I'm asking, could the Swarmlord, with Endurance, give it to two units in a turn? He is a mastery level 2 psycher.
This is probably a very quick and easy answer, and probably stupidly obvious, but thanks!

Eldrad has the Staff of Ulthamar that allows him to cast a third power per turn. This power can be a duplicate of one he already cast. Typically he'll do guide, fortune, guide or fortune, guide, fortune.

Exactly. Eldrad has a specific exception for his staff.

Before the game begins I would clarify with my opponent that either
A) Eldrad can use a power twice add long add he its not in assault, or
B)) Eldrad can use his third power while in assault, but it cannot be a duplicate power.

In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
