I really like this. It's nice and clean, and not too cluttered. If I had one criticism, it's that the shading on the eye glow is too obviously red, so it doesn't match your other yellow details - needs to be a bit browner.

Doing those plumes in two stripes on all your Avengers might prove to be a pain in the backside, but if you can do it without going mad, it'll look great.

Clean looking work. I really like the OSL eye effects. Ive painted avengers before and its hard to even see their eyes when you put them on the battlefield, I imagine yours stand out a little better. Very well done

Nice and smooth if standard. Love the glow effect on the eyes, something I'm still trying to teach myself. Maybe some really subtle helm shading?

Hard to tell with the picture if your black gun has the highlights to just pick the details up a little bit? If not I'd suggest maybe a 50/50 of codex grey and chaos black just to get the guns features to pop a little more so it's up to standard with the rest of your model, other than the gun your model is truly awesome!

The blue armour is brilliant, if you painted the eyes a glowing green it would make the model nigh on perfect imo. THanks for sharing.

Tanks for the new comments!

@tyrannosaurus: Yes I thought, about adding some green details too, I even tried it on another Mini, but it just didn't do it, maybe I should try again, this time with another, lighter, green... Thanks for the comment.

@Red: Thank you very much.

I really love his armor. Did you use any sort of gloss/finish on him?

No its just some thinned regal blue in the recesses and then layerd up highlights with space wolfes grey.

It's super clean and glossy. I don't know if its from the varnish you use or the GW paint. All GW paints are intented to be cut. It came out really nice Sir Calvin.

This is a great DA. Elegant and simple, a great combination for me. I think I'm going to have to use this as a reference for my own Avengers, if you don't mind.

@aosol: As I said before, i did not use any varnish all. Its just the lightning on the picture combined with the bright highlights that create the glossy look..
