Battle Barge Impossible Fortress

Sorry, I can't find this anywhere. I have the rulebook open. It seems to me that Fliers (so long as they do not shoot), can move an additional 6" in the shooting phase.

So if a Dreadclaw Flier arrives from Reserve, it could fly 42"?

If you know I am wrong, please correct me- I don't want to be cheating
