Hi folks,

Not sure if this in right section of forum.

I have a question with respect to the GW Eavy Metal Masterclass events that are run down in Nottingham. I don't mean to offend any GW workers who may be on this forum but are they worth the price tag?
I'm dead keen on attending the Space Marine Commander session in November but I live in Aberdeen and with the ticket included it'll probably sting me for £300-£400...not sure if I can really justify it!

Main questions for anyone who's been are:

a) How much one-on-one tuition do you get,
b) Do you feel the lessons learned were worth it i.e. with practice has it dramaticall increased your mini painting abilities?

Thanks for any advice

You might want to look at Golem's Daemon Days events. Similar sort of thing, but broader subject material and frankly some astonishing painters. A lot, lot cheaper too.
