Admittedly this index only currently goes back to WD314 with full information (I haven't gotten around to going further back yet), but I don't see it as too big a deal because this site has issues #333 and before pretty well laid out:

Don't be fooled by the 'milestone issue' listing on that page, they do have every issue listed once you get into them one by one (until they stop at issue 333).

So between that site and the one I've done on Dakka, you have a pretty comprehensive listing.
