Good day! I'm new so I need some feedback!

HQ:

Librarian
Terminator armour & storm shield
140 pts

Troops:

Tactical squad (10 man)
Missile launcher
Flamer
Power fist (sergeant)
Rhino
230 pts

Scout squad (10 man)
8 x Snipers
Camo cloaks
Missile launcher
Telion
227 pts

Elite
Terminator squad (5 man)
Assault cannon
2 x Chain fist
240 pts

Dreadnought
Heavy flamer
Assault cannon
125 pts

962 points total

As you can see I still got 38 points to spend, could you guys help me with tips/ideas how to spend the points and maybe switch some things in my list?

Thanks in advance!

Drop pod for the dread?

Add another terminator? (40 its each? drop to one chain fist)

Extra toys for the tac squad? (combi for the sarge, plasma gun, trick out their ride with a HK and spare SB?)

You list looks pretty solid for 1k. You can either shave points to get you a number large enough to buy a real unit (like a speeder/bike/dakka pred) or just buy some toys that tickle your fancy.

Dropping the power fist on the sarge, the scouts to 5 man, a chain fist, or the heavy flamer are all things that could go to fee up points.

Its a good start, but personally i feel you spent to many points on those scouts, what about spending less on the scouts and not including Telion, take the more generic like this
8 scouts
7 sniper rifles (including a basic scout sergeant)
Heavy Bolter (make use of those hellfire shells)
Camo cloaks
154pts
Spend less on the dreadnought and termies and with the point you have saved+the spare ones get a stormtalon gunship (flyers can win you games in 6th ed)

If I remember correctly Telion provides camo for his squad, negating the cloaks, but I could be wrong and I dont have a codex with me.

you are correct, but keep the cloaks then you'll get +2 to your cover

I would also either drop the one rhino or mech up the whole army. Basically with only one rhino, it will be a big target first turn and taken out, so a big lost of points. Footslogging is possible, but it does depend on the fields that you play on. If you play a small table, a footslogging army can rule, bigger tables are a bit tougher.

An open mind is like a fortress with its gates unbarred and unguarded

I would spend the points on upgrading the rhino to a razorback with a good turrret.

Then ADL with lascannon or quadgun would be nice, to hide the combat squad with ML and your scouts behind. To make points drop unnecessary baggage:

You can drop at least one chainfist, they are only really needed against land raiders.
The powerfist on the serg. isn't needed you should run away from cc. Meltabombs may be good, or meltagun over the flamer.(assuming razorback still)
Drop some scouts. They are not killy, as long as they are alive to score and they keep Telion alive, I would not worry about having so many of them.
