A power claw alone costs 25pts and a tl shoota costs 5 pts so its pretty much 10pts for replacing a 6+ armour to a 2+ one! Wow

You've said a lot of things here that conflict with the latest discussions here on Dakka, and from my own personal experience. Shoota boyz are actually very good now, since they can overwatch and deal more damage if you don't get the charge, which is more often going to be the case in a footslogging list. Also, the turn you Waaagh! you can dish out more shots before assaulting in, when in 5th you had to forgo that shooting on a Waaagh! turn.
The ability to Run and Overwatch is also something that is lost by giving your Warboss Mega Armour. Yes, a 2+ save is nice, but your entire squad of boys/nobz loses the ability to run AND overwatch. Not quite worth it

Also, the benefit of Nobz over
MANz is that Nobz can be more customizable. You lose the ability to take a Painboy with
MANz, (which I feel should be added to the list,
BTW), and the ability to customize your unit. Getting Cybork Bodies is really important, and
FNP adds another 30% survival rate. Also, there is a ton of Plasma in the metagame right now due to the reduced effectiveness of Power Weapons in
CC, so people are compensating with
Plas to deal with
GK Termies. The 2+ is not as good as 5+ invuln/5+
FNP in that case.
Right now, I believe one of the most effective small-unit compositions is:
3x Nobz w/ Big Choppa, Heavy Armour
1x Nob w/ Power Klaw, Bosspole
1x Nob w/ Power Klaw, Bosspole, Waaagh Banner!
1x Painboy
All made cybork.
This lets you run the guys with armour up front, absorb overwatch, swing at initiative, and when some get killed in
CC, the
PKs pile in for the kill.
Also, you are again losing the ability to run with
MANz, which, based on the proposed gameplan from the
OP, is the way he wants to run his list. Move, run, move, run, move, shoot, waaagh, assault.

For recommended changes, I also advise dropping the Wagon in favour of some Big Guns. A Kannon battery is now a 12 wound BS3 T7 monstrosity shooting 3 Krak/Frag missles a turn for only 88 points. It's hard to get better value.
I have also been enjoying Dakkajets instead of Deffkoptas lately, but that's a personal preference thing.
The other piece of advice is to not run the Warboss with the Nobz, because Nobz don't need the extra kill power. If you throw a couple of
PKs into their unit, they will do enough damage without the Warboss. Maybe replacing him with a
KFF Mek would be a good idea, giving your army a 5+ cover save against most incoming fire. You will notice with a Green tide that your boys disappear rather fast to sustained incoming fire. It means you will hit the opposing lines with, on average, 30% more boyz than otherwise. And more boyz is more good, right boss?
