If i use the sanguinor's power to give Lemartes a buff, then he suffers a wound so his attacks go to 5, does the buff to attacks go away or does he now have 6 base attacks?

Is lemartes a "Sergeant"? He cannot be the recipient of the blessing. The capital Sergeant refers to specific sergents. Lemartes may be considered a Chaplain when rules refer to chaplains but he is no sergeant.

If you mean the aura, then it is always added to whatever you currently have. So if you have lemartes with a wound on him charging into a unit you get, 5+1(2cc)+2(rage charge)+1(aura) with re-rolls to hit and to wound. That is probably going to be enough attacks to take out a tyranid monster in one turn especially since he has a high initiative.

His attacks go to 6.

Think of it like this. Sanguinor's effect is a bubble that gives you the extra Attack for as long as you're in it. Lemartes' stat increase is a one-time event that you apply when you take the Wound. So you immediately increase his Attacks to 5 - it's a set value, but that's only set at the exact time you apply it.

Then, you later come to an assault involving Lemartes. His base attacks are now 5. That's not an outside modifying value - that's now his base Attacks. Is he still in the Sanguinor's bubble? If yes, then you get to add a +1 modifier to that base 5 value.

Good point... Lemartes can't be given Sanguinor's *other* buff.

so He takes a wound and goes to base of 5 attacks, then has rage +2 attacks(when charging), has a close combat weapon and pistol +1 attack and gains an additional attack from Sanginor...for a wopping 9 attacks when charging, and gets to re-roll hits and misses...wow...I will probably steer clear of him to avoid the qq of my group, but when they bring some cheese...lol... I will bring the wine

And they'll giggle when they bounce your Crozius swings with power armor.

He's S8 on the charge though, so any T4 multi-wound models without EW or an Adamantine Mantle won't be laughing for very long...
