Looking to build a list for the aug 25th rogue trader at my local shop. I have one that I already made but I will tell you what I have to work with.

Hq-
Librarian/epistolary

Elite-
2 sanguinary priests.

Troops-
10 scouts
-8 Sniper 2ML
2 assault squads
-first has 2 MG and srg has PA and infernus pistol.
-second has 2 flamers and srg with PA

Fast Attack-
2 MM AB
1 bike squadron
-1 MM AB 2 base and 2 MG srg with PA

Heavy support-
7 man dev squad
-4MLs srg with PW and SB

Fortifications-
Aegis defense line
-Quad gun


Build me a 1k list! I will post my actual list in another post.

Do they priests have jump packs? Or maybe bikes?
Does the librarian have a bike or jump pack or termy armour?

Poweraxe markes you swing at I1? This isn't good for challenges, go for a powersword.

Dev. squad serg. doesn't need any weapons.

Give scouts cloaks.
It is tricky but I would go for:
125 librarian

75 priest with jump pack
75 priest with jump pack

230 2 meltas, power sword, meltabombs
130 flamers, power sword, meltabombs, inf. pistol
90 snipers with camo cloaks

50 attack bike MM

130 dev. squad 4ML
100 ADL with quadgun

You can challenge a sergeant? Where is this in the rule book? I thought it was just chars.

sergeants are characters I do believe. back of book has listing of all units and their types...


Nob leading a unit of boys is listed as a character

Nobs in a nob unit whether on foot or bike are listed as characters

mega nobz however are not.

Is that relevant if it's not faq d for my codex?
