This came up in a game recently between 2 players and I am on the fence about this one. Could not find anything in the posts about it so I apologize in advance if I have just overlooked it. Can a weapon with indirect fire shoot beyond the 36" limit as it does not need to see the target to shoot and the rule in BRB says beyond 36" a unit cannot be targeted because it is hidden by the darkness. Thanks in advance for the help on this one.

No, you cannot target beyond 36". Meaning you cannot target a unit beyond 36"

I'd say yes, as RAW for blast weapons says they can scatter beyond their max/min range and out of LOS

wait actually no. it has to originally be within 36" i meant, and then it can scatter out of that
