I recently acquired the 6th rulebook and I have been reading my way though it. (and just when I thought i had a grip on 5th....) I couldnt seem to find anything that stated if you got all weapons abilities on snapfire. I understand the BS1 but I was wondering if you got a single quick shot or if, say, an assault cannon got all 4 shots with snapfire. Or perhaps bolters got their rapid fire snapshot. Also with automatic hits such as flamers and blast template (blast would have scatter affected i guess) BS1 doesnt seem like to big of an issue. Am I missing a rule somewhere?

Blast, Template and weapons that do not normally roll to hit cannot be Snapfired at all. For Overwatch, Template weapons have the Wall of Death rule. For the rest, you benefit from the weapon stats as normal, such as twin-linked or the number of shots.
