Subject: Comms Relay and having someone tell reserves "The LZ is to hot to land!"
Looking over the rules for Comms Relay after talking to someone on the Hive.
Now Comms Relay says you can re-roll your reserves. Not failed reserve rolls, just reserve rolls.
So doesn't that mean (per RAW) that if I want a unit to come in later and I roll for it to come onto the board I can reroll and try to fail?
There are some units I want to have off the board for longer so they don't get shot up and then have them go in to grab objectives as late as possible.

I liked your phrase for it. It's also perfectly within the lines of forging a narrative.
You can liken it with the grey knight version that allows you to choose to add +1 or -1 to your dice throw. And in that one it is clearly stated so you understand that you can choose to make it harder to get your reserves.
