I know this is kind of pathetic... but I cannot figure out how to fit together/glue my ork shoota boyz, they never fit together. Does anyone have some advice?

The shoota keeps bumping into the head and leg, i have tried different arms bodies and legs to no success.

well, I guess thats just how they come, nothing to worry about I'd say as long as everything fits tightly....

I can't give definite answers on orks in particular, but my marines sometimes have the same issues. Generally it's about just putting them together in whatever way they fit, but if you have a specific pose in mind you'll likely have to cut arms/hands/wrists into pieces and reposition them.

Arms generally come in pairs so that a specific rifle holding arm needs a specific opposite arm. Even then you likely have to put the arms into an unnatural position for the figure to be able to hold the weapon. Luckily with marines the shoulderpads can hide offset arms, doubt it's as easy with orks.

You'll likely have to slice up arms and rotate them ever so slightly to get the pose you want, otherwise it's probably just about not getting a 100% fit. Greenstuff (liquid or solid) will come in handy if you want really good looking miniatures.

This. There's a bit of play (the particular leg/head selection and posing has some impact on this), but there's only so much variation you can achieve without performing surgery.

Look at the arms on the shoota boys. They all have something on their wrists. Match them up. Banded with Banded, leather buckels with leather buckels, bare wrist with bare wrist.

You can do the same with marines but its usually detail work (the design behind the gauntlet.

The order matters too. I always glue torso to legs, let dry, glue arms on, let dry, glue on head. Doing it out of order _can_ result in a boy who just won't fit together.

I thought that all of the arms were labelled, so you don't get them mixed up.

You know what they say kids, drive it like its a rental.

The differences on the shoots boys arms are cosmetic. You can mix and match and it doesn't matter
