Why have you paid points for your terminators weapons? Those squads should be 400 points...

I'm sure the upgrade for their Thunder Hammer/ Storm Shield is 5 pts per model.

Lol that's just me being stupid, I can get an extra Predator for that or get an additional HQ.

I'd also swap the Tac squad's heavy bolter for a MM. Vulkan twin-links it and its much more useful with Snap-fire.

So you have 100 pts to spend.
I'd give the Tactical squad a Rhino and split the sniper Scouts into two small squads.
What's the loadout of the Tornados?

Are you teleporting termies? Or will you just play it by ear.

Also why not do use MM+HF landspeeder. or actually I prefer MM attack bikes.

Vulkan wants a fluffy army full of meltas and flamers. This leads to problems with trying to intercept the enemy at range and shooting down aeroplanes but those a fun problems to have.
Bring more flamers and meltas. Yes, I know the hammers are fluffy.

Maybe use BA or deathwing instead? I think both would do what you are trying better.

It looks interesting but very weak against hordes.

I would lose the tornadoes too so that is 375 points.
Also lose the predator thay leaves you with 460 points.
Turn that into 6 MM/HF landspeeders that is 420 points and leaves you with 40 points to burn.

With all your points in 20 terminators, you are going to be charging across the battlefield. Why not go with the speeder that helps your army the best? Dropping 2 TL heavy flamers on a hoard or 2 TL MM on an approaching enemy vehicle just seems to make sense.

Your current list uses vulkan for 1 Melta, 1 Heavy Flamer (Vulkan's) and 20 thunderhammers. That is pretty good but your army is going to struggle against landraiders and monoliths.... Add the speeders and I think they will outperform the 3 tornadoes and the predator.

With the 40 points, give the snipers camo cloaks.
