Hey guys,

I saw a thread about how someone managed to make camouflage for their British Flames of War Shermans by PVA'ing some herbs to the hull.

So I set about pressing little green stuff sausages all over this Plastic Soldier Company firefly, flattened 'em out and poked little holes in to make a camouflage net base.

I then brushed watered down PVA all over the camouflage 'net'.

Finally I cut open a jasmine tea tea bag (these leaves seemed larger than the ones in my normal builders) and just poured it all over the tank. Left it one night and then primed it with Army Painter Angel Green...

The result? A fairly spiffing way of making camouflage that's actually harder and sturdier than you might expect from tea leaves.

Here're the pics:

Edit: The white spots are from me not noticing I had skull white on my hands... d'oh.

Thanks, it only seemed appropriate that as a people so fond of drinking tea, we'd coat our tanks in it

Well that is pretty rockin' if I do say so myself.

Excellent work dude. I'll keep that in mind from here on out.

Why is it that only those who have never fought in a battle are so eager to be in one?

I just put up a new thread to show off the finished products rather than these WIPs.
