Trying a new style list for 6th. 70 power armor marines that get up close and personal. Trying to squeeze at least 1 ASM and dev squad for some variation and to make it feel more like a battle company.

Does the dev. squad have a drop pod?

You've gone for a list trying to go for scoring units. Not sure that is good enough.

I would want a couple of properly deadly drop pods. I guess you do not want this.

tactical squads are just not that great at killing. Whereas usually something like a dread is scary to the enemy. Or even better a bunch of sternguard lands by you, it is very scary indeed.

At the moment your pods land and shoot one melta shot, then snap shot MM and 16 bolts. This isn't that much.
To demostrate i mean:
190 Vulkan
~350 10 sternguard with 8 combimeltas and 2 heavy flamers with drop pod
~150 dread with MM+HF drop pod
~150 dread with MM+HF drop pod

~220 melta, combimelta, MM/ML, powersword, drop pod
~220 melta, combimelta, MM/ML, powersword, drop pod
~220 melta, combimelta, MM/ML, powersword, drop pod

Then you have options over anti flyer.
a good number of MM attack bikes
2 or 3 storm talons
ADL with quad gun, you can combat squad a tactical squad with ML to fire the quad gun, you can combat squad more than one as to have more units on the board first turn.
