Hi, firstly your going to need to remove indvidual points costs.
2. You need a rundhurd for every 10 grots
3. remember a nob is an upgrade for a boy, not an edition to the squad (so it's ok if your first troop choice has 19 models so the warboss rides too)

I can see it now....Nids are now a collection of autonomous hive fleets there are multiple Hive Minds and they all war with one another in addition to everyone else. They speak to humans using telepathy, and they can now ally with Space Wolves as battle brothers, because reasons.
Tyranids talking to humans would be like you talking to your mashed potatoes or the probiotic in your kiefer drink. It is neither possible nor productive. Inside my mind I pinched my nipples and savored his bitter silence.

Firstly, you're not allowed to post individual points values for weapons, upgrades etc. because of GW copyright issue. Sof or your Warboss you'd just write:
"Warboss
Power Klaw, Eavy Armour, Cybork Body (100pts)"
Secondly, your Gretchin unit is illegal, you must have one Runtherd for every 10 Gretchin, meaning your unit should have one and therefore cost 55 points.
As for what to change with the list, I'd adhere to the Boyz-Before-Toyz principle, certainly at 750points. I imagine that the Blood Angels player (he is a regular opponent, right?) will not be able to field much at this points value, so swamping him in a mass of green is a good tactic.
I'd drop the Deffkoptas to get a unit of 20 Boyz with 2 Big Shootas and a Nob with PK. The standard. Points-wise this is exactly 175 iirc, which is a nice coincidence.
Finally, I'd recommed running your Lootas in 2 units of 5.

Is there an advantage to the Lootas in 2 units? So I ended up taking out 2 tanks with the lootas, and taking most of the Marines out with the Koptas, though they didnt have to move much and sat behind 4+ cover.

Running the Lootas in 2 Units is benficial because: your opponent will have to split fire or split assaults against them. Blood Angels have pretty powerful shooting and are also pretty powerful in assault, so it's no problem for most of their units to wipe out 10 Lootas, they're still only T4 with 1 Wound and a 6+ save, after all. Also, you get to split fire. So if your opponent has a Rhino, you're probably not going to need 10 Shots to take it out, especially if you roll well for how many shots they fire. This means you don't get any wasted shots and your other 5 Lootas can fire at something else. If you don't destroy it then don't sweat, thanks to the 48" range, there's a high chance that your other 5 Lootas will be able to fire at it as well anyway.
Also, what are you running on your Deffkoptas? They're pretty awesome at MEQ-killing with TL Rokkits and Buzzsaws, but such a setup is a bit expensive at 750pts.

I run 3 koptas w/ TL rokkits at 600pt tourny as they're hard to kill (IG guardsmen i'm looking at you) and they rip tanks in half (Again, very useful againist IG) Automatically Appended Next Post: I'm not sure about the 2x5 lootas, they always die...
I normally take 8-9+ lootas as they are easy to kill imo, and possibly an ADL.
Maybe that's too much for 750pts, maybe okay for a 1000pt list....

The list seems to be all over the shot. Which doesn't really help them. However, I guess this would be more spamming and not as fun.
750 points leads to weird battles anyway.
The grots are fine, you have the wording in the codex wrong, look up the latest FAQ, or any of the FAQs since the release of the codex.
Bosspoles are needed.
attack squigs are awesome.
You could always split up the koptas into multiple units.
I would want 2 battlewagons or go footslogging(or bikers or nob bikers or trukks) and build up the shooting part of the army.
That is a single battlewagon is easy to kill, then a big loss to the army. Death rollers still work.
