So what do you think:

Wazdakka incl/ PK, BP, Eavy Armor, KMB, Meks Tools, Stikbombs (180)

vs

Biker Boss w/ PK, BP, Eavy Armor, Squig (150)
(Could potentially add Cybork and Shoota Skorcha Kombi for 15 addl points)

Biker boss but add the cybork body for survivability.
For me the ability to make a unit of nob bikers a troops choice (making them scoring and freeing up elite slots for lootahs) is the most compelling reason.

Then again why not run both!?

Both.

Though if you want a biker list I would start with Wazdakka.

Warboss only makes one unit of nob bikers scoring, so then you have to take other troops, which pushes you away from bikers and will no doubt slow down your list.

Whereas scoring warbikers, means you can have mostly bikers. I would bring ADL+quadgun, grots, lootas, kannons as well.
Cheap, t5, 4+cover save troops is pretty great.
