Trying to expand it any suggestions?

! would start with getting a Dakka Jet. The other I would immediately recommend is a KFF Big Mek. It helps in every list.

After that it appears you have no focus yet and need to determine your preference.
1. Speed freaks - start getting more BW and Trukks
2. Green Tide - Get more shoota boys.
3. Bikes R Us - Modify a Wadzakka model and start buying bikes.

Try building a really good 1500 point list with units that work together.

Probably start with a nob box set.
The warboss could do with attack squig(in the box)
Nob squads need a painboy, cyborg bodies and boss pole. Spare bosspole and waaaaggghhhh banner are worth it. You already have the klaws which is good.

AoBR boys are good if you have spare burnas and loota arms.
Other sluggas boys are not the best set up, but they have big shootas which makes them all right sitting at the back.(sluggas boys are good in trukks)

All boys squads should have a nob with klaw and bosspole.
Foot slogging boys will want a kff, otherwise nowadays you can get away without one.

Personally I find lootas work better with company. If you make a reasonable group of shooty units then they protect themselves. 5 lootas obviously suffer from leadership problems. An ADL is a good choice to make sure they have some good cover.
That is an important point about kff and ADL, boys without cover die too quickly.

Burnas used to be only good in battlewagons. Now I have no idea. They are too likely to runaway if they suffer casualities.

Big bombs are not great for koptas, you do not need extra help with killing infantry. Deff koptas are little too likely to run away, fortunately they tend to kill before they run.

Do not bring 'ard case. You want to either shoot with 20 boys or come out and assault. Else 15 or so burnas, or nobs or whatever. Death rollers are awesome get one.
Battlewagons are too big a target not to come in at least 3s.

No idea how to use kommandos well.

I wouldn't bring all your units at the same time.
Orks do not do balance. So go for loads of battlewagons, or loads of bikers, or loads of foot slogging boys.

Orks do shooting. Doesn't matter what the list ADL with a good number of shooting units will work well.
