Well within the next few months Im going to be starting a Guard force, and that means planning on making a couple badasses to stick out in the mass of infantry. So obvious choice is an army commander. So Im wanting him to have a nice thick beard, for obvious reasons. Now does anyone know of some good bearded heads that would work? And Id prefer them to be as close to scale as possible, I dont want a Lt. Balloonhead in my army.

Ideas? Links?

No greenstuff ideas either lads, I suck with the stuff

Space Wolves perhaps? They have some epic beards and their heads aren't too much bigger.

Empire militia, flagellants, any generic medieval 28mm headset (Picts being a highlight, though so many companies do them that one shouldn't be hard to find). =P

Oh and Space Wolve's heads are probably too large for guardsmen, though you could always add a cloak or something to cover up the neck and make it less obvious. =/

Marauder heads are just fine - the bit that I showed worked fine as a Grey Hunter, other heads from that range (not that much beardy I must say) were fine as the Wolf Scouts
