I am planning on using a converted Stormtalon as a CM Dead. The problem is, I have no idea what weapons to give it. On one hand, Twin Autocannons would make it a splendid AA unit, but considering I already have 3 STs in my list, I'm not entirely sure I'll need more. I'm pretty much stuck between the Kheres ACs or the Plasma Cannons. I'll be facing mostly Tau and Orks, and after the new Starter comes out, a whole lot of CSM.

This. There's no reason not to take the Kheres pattern assault cannons, they're just stupidly good.

Especially because it's got an invuln and 13 from armor. You can actually operate fairly well in that 24" range.
