I'll cut out the backstory: Basically my Boyz have taken a long hiatus and it's time to brush the cobwebs off and get these guys rolling into 6th. Since the starter set is on it's way I'll get the rulebook then, until then I only know so much about 6th; I'd really appreciate critique in not only if my army list is any good to begin with, but if I'm falling into any pot-holes as well! I don't necessarily own everything listed mind, so no worries about advising to change it entirely (I've basically got two AoBR's of Orks, give or take an extra boxed set or two.). Here goes:

The blitz bomma is interesting. Very orky. However consider dakkajets. Fighta Ace and exra supa shoota and you have 9 S6 shots at a BS4 almost unheard of for orks.

At 1000 points, I see you are at your point limit but consider adding a warboss with a PK to each and an Attack Squig to the warbosses. Perhaps it will be okay at 1000 points,

I was originally going to run with a pair of Dakkajets, but I realize my only AT source is from PKs, so I diverted to bommas in their stead. Sure the results are mixed (Though hilarious!), but between that and the two Warboss' PKs I hope I'll be fine.

Also, I do have a PK Warboss for each Mob, though an AS for each would be quite nice. The only problem is points; I'd have to drop the armor plates, and I'll certainly be needing those if I expect the BWs to get anywhere! :lol:

Just a few thoughts...

I ran mine regularly without the armor plates albeit I used a KFF Mek. I would suggest save those points. Also lose the eavy Armor on the Warbosses, you have cybork body and numbers... If some big nasty wants to take you on, it is going to have a power weapon so it is going to turn out to be wasted points.

Now if you lose the grot squad, you have enough for two PK nobs and perhaps a boss pole or two for the bosses. I know it gives up the backfield objective holder but at 1000 points, I would sell out to make my two boyz mobs as nasty as I can make them. Nothing says nasty like a couple power claws.

Thanks for the advice! I'll dump the 'Eavy armor for bosspoles and the grots for PK nobs. I realize that with my set-up, having the backholder Grots wouldn't be too great of an idea since the other boys have to go balls-out and smash the enemy since they can't afford to stop and hold any more they run across.

Run your boys with shootas to have some most excellent shoota-wagons. (They are scary), other than that this list looks like great fun!

Dakkajets would be fun and good rather than just fun. I do like the bomber, it is underrated. In a dog fight it is going to die.

And yeah the bombers are going to be destroyed all day erry day. Luckily they get to drop their payload off first (Bombing in the movement phase ftw) so theoretically they can blow up the biggets, baddest problem out there.

If it gets to be too much, I'll certainly switch one out for a pimped Dakkajet. First I'll need to buy more dice.
