Pretty sure you have over priced the painboy.
For me I feel list C.
It seems quite well rounded.
The second list without a kff I think the non nob bikers will slightly struggle.
The first list just isn't scary enough.

Wow I really appreciate the feedback have had a few 40k lists I've put up fade with nothing.
I'm pretty sure it's 80 for the painboy build. Thanks again.

I'm going with list A.
My argument is that with so many of the missions being objective based, you want as many scoring units as you can get.
Unless your objective is to table your opponent, thats going to be your best chance.
The DakkaJets are awesome, but they don't do anything the lootas don't do.

Would it be good to drop the boyz mobs to 25 each with 2 big shootas and add a 10 man gretchin unit?

You are right with the Pain boys cost.
I would do a mix of list 1 and 2. Drop the second boss make a bigger Nobs bikers squad and see what you have. I am not a fan of the Jets. But I could see one being a uselful distraction unit.
