snoogums: "Just because something is not relavant doesn't mean it goes away completely."
Iorek: "Snoogums, you're right. Your arguments are irrelevant, and they sure as heck aren't going away." |

Rules Packet on Google Docs
Contained in the packet are the specific rules for painting and modeling requirements, the tweaks we are doing to warlord traits and fortifications and info on places to stay and eat near the venue.
It also should be mentioned that the 6ed CSM codex will be in effect at this event.
Look forward to seeing folks come out our way. We have a number of tournament regulars making the trip from Seattle and Portland and elsewhere. Shaping up to be quite an event!

The Harvester is coming up this weekend!
With the CSM and a handful of other contentious issues yet to be cleared up I decided to create an FAQ for the event. It is far from comprehensive but should have clear rulings for a number of notorious questions.
The tentative FAQ is available here I am giving folks a couple of days to digest and give feedback or add questions before locking it down. I apologize for such a late release, I wasn't planning on going the route of an FAQ document but it seemed more and more necessary with the release of CSM and some other issues.

Heads-up Some updates and new questions as I finalize this last minute FAQ
--Night scythe crash ruling will be reversed. Had a solid argument made against it as far as a number of things that would require rules being written from scratch -- so no hit on passengers when a night scythe crashes.
--Using additional deploy to be able to use Hunter from Hyperspace multiple times. Requires some additional rules being created to deal with C'Tan redeploy so as much as I think its a loop hole I am gonna allow it for harvester.
--Tzeentch mark and sky sheild landing pad. I need to read the specifics of the mark of tzeentch but I am currently leaning toward not allowing it regardless.
--Sky shield landing pad ambiguities. I think using the ruin rules without a base as a guide but not actually calling it a ruin is how I will rule it (as far as moving up and down, targeting etc but not a ruin for special rules that are specific to ruins). Also only models that are actually on top of the pad will get the inv.
--Armies with the option to use pre-selected book powers or swap to Rulebook will be able to do so from game to game and decide when it is time to roll for powers.
--CSM infiltrating warlord trait will be able to be applied to Jump Infantry.
