I'm a little unclear how your Paladins are running, is that one squad 8 + a character? Are they trying to ride in the land raider?

Your list is illegal. You either have 3 HQs or you only have 1 troops. Also, there is just too little substance and support with this list. I would also drop the psylincer for the heavy psycannon.
