OK So Eldrad is hanging out with his buddies in a ruin and fortunes the squad at the beginning of the turn. He decides to roll out in the movement phase after successfully passing the Psychic Test.
Who is fortuned? Both of them? One of them randomly? None of them?

The unit. He leaves the unit, he is no longer fortuned. He loses his herd immunity. He casts it on a unit, not on models in the unit. If he leaves the unit, he is no longer part of it, so should not benefit from it.

Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

This was true in 5th, but not in 6th, check out pg 39, Independent characters and ongoing effects, for the new way it works
