The only caster I have is Ekreoss -
Tons of jacks at my disposal, not too much infanttry,
Who would be classified as a jack caster if Kreoss is an infantry caster?

Amon Ad-Raza is a Jack Caster, but he has a preference for many cheap jacks (4point lights and crusaders). Harbinger's tier list likes lots of melee heavies which get a 1point discount, 5 point crusaders are pretty nice.
Most of our casters like to run 2-3 jacks. I've seen interesting eFeora lists with 4-5 Vanquishers, but they're very easy to run, as they rarely require any focus. We don't have anyone with jack running skills like Nemo, Mortenebra or whatnot, but our support makes our casters able to run several jacks quite efficiently. If you want more than 2-3 jacks, take a sanctifier or a reclaimer (along with some infantry to power them), and make sure to take focus support in the form of Wracks and possibly a hierophant. I still wouldn't recommend running more than 4 jacks on most casters without a good plan for how you'll power them.
Hope that helps.

Its generally a mix of features that buff jacks.
Its not about having just lots of focus to hand out. sure, it can be handy, but ultimately focus isnt the big deal to be considered a jack caster. what is needed is lots of direct support for jacks through passive abilities, spells, and feats. For example, look at Khador's Karchev. he is considered a jack caster because of unearthly rage (boosted attack and damage rolls), the tow spell (the Karchev powerslide, which lets him swing his jacks acriss the board), sidearms (def buff) and his feat (charge for free, magical weapons for his jacks). Karchev offers a hige amount of direct support for multiple jacks, hence he is a jack caster.

Most of them run mixed lists best but try pSeverious, Reznik, Amon, eFeora, or the harbinger.

I got into the game for the art aspect. Actually playing the game has been secondary, and its starting to be more important to me. This past weekend I played 3 games against my Buddy's gator men and lost all three games...first 2 BADLY, third one was a long winded beat down that could have gone either way the last round.
THis was my list for the 3rd game. I am trying to diversify my collection and put up a bit more challenge. I play my freinds who have Cygnar and Khador all the time and beat the snot out of them regularly - the gators taught me some humility.
(this is my first wargame - my buddy with the gators is a 40k tournament player who bought the gators just to play with me. The experience gap was evident)
