Right, this is the beginnings of my space wolf army. So far all I have is a land raider, dreadnought an 2 bikes. All of which have been converted from chaos space marines I will post pictures and updates as my army grows

So here we have the land raider,
after removal of chaos components and exesive sanding to remove the over the top glueing done by its previous owner

and here is how it was looking yesterday

It looks a little different now, more detail on headlights/intstruments on the front. Been washed in watered down chaos black, and dry brushed/highlighted woth fenrisian grey. Im currently debating if I should redo the body work in this colour. I know its the proper space wolf colour, but appears very baby blue...any tips to avoid that look?

heres my tank gunner

originally a chaos space marine, easy enough to convert, just lopped his head off and gave him a space wolf head. Could do with feedback on the paintjob as this techinichally is my first ever painted space wolf, and....ive never been good at painting faces. What you guys think?

my biker, I have 2 of these, again not hard to convert, just a change of heads. Will post more pictures as they start looking better.

last of all the dred, stripped of all its former chaos bits that adorned the entire thing, now looking like my favourite piece so far, save for its missing an arm. Looks much better now however so will update with a better image soon,

Thanks for looking. and hints/tips are much appreciated, been out of the painting game for a while.

Looking good so far For the optics lenses, try this. It's an article I wrote a bit ago showing people how to do some types of lenses. Scroll past the gold tutorial and it's right underneath They're green lenses, but can work with any colours. If you want red, could try it with red, then orange, then yellow:
