The idea is to get the bikers and jets down field in a hurry and star harassing the front line. I'm hoping the bikers will be hard to kill with the painboy and orderly in tow, and the warbosses besides. The boyz will get there when they get there. I've been wanting to run orks for a long time, and if the CSM codex turns out to be doody, I'm gonna need something to fall back on.

Drop the eavy armor on the warbosses, drop the combi weapons on the nobz they really dont need them, and drop hr ordlies.

You dont need eavy armor because any ork model that is on a bike or has the warbike upgrade has a 4+ armor save.

You dont want to put to many upgrades on your nob bikers.
They are already expensive, but worth it and they dont need the combi rokkits because you have the PKs.

I would suggest droping a dakka jet so that you can again include more nob bikers.

I would also suggest not to take rokkits with you boyz as they only get one shot at BS2 while a big shoota can still glance or pen on light vehicle, has more range and shots, and is 5pts cheaper, saving you 15pts.

So added together all that would save 190pts
Thats 4 more nob bikers and 10pts to throw around plus the 4 you still have from your total, assuming your playing at 1500pt lvl.

I like the jets but for the points an extra Supa Shoota > Fighta Ace. IMO.

Kombi rockets = worthless. Hit 1:3 games. I mean worse weapon in the game. Change to skorcha if you must.

Big shootas vs rockets per taste.
