I actually have two questions but figured I'd wrap it up in a single post.

Question #1. If you take a bastion and get the quad gun upgrade since it has a profile can it be destroyed separate from the building?

Question #2. I'm looking at taking IG as an ally to my Necrons and wanted to add a Collosus to my list. If I sit him behind an aegis defense line is that enough to provide cover?

1. Yes the upgrade is a "gun emplacement" so follows the rules on pg 105.

2. Does it cover 25% of him from the point of view of the enemy shooting at him??

#1 Yes, since i believe it has to be placed on a battlement. Either way, it's a gun emplacement and I don't believe it's actually part of the building.

#2 You'll have to look and see if 25% of it is covered from the firer. So, your answer is maybe yes and maybe no.
