Hmm, not sure how usefull that Land Raider is going to be. Its the only tank you have on the board and is most likely going to get glanced to death before you get anywhere. You're other squad is stranded on foot, plus you've got no
AA to speak of.
Here's my suggestion, not saying it's competative, but just a first try
HQ:

This should be in the ball park of 2k, if a bit shy (so add some bits here and there). With three pods 2 drop first turn. I'd drop the stern and and a
tac squad w/ vulkan in the Stern Pod. Remember, this is technically a vanilla list, so pods hold 12.
Split the Stern up as you see fit depending on targets and shake and bake whatever is nearest, same with the
tac squad. The speeders can be kept in reserve or rushed forward (18" and can still fire 2 weps in 6th now) to kill tanks/infantry.
Just remember to always keep the weak speeder closest to the enemy to absorb wounds and keep them out of range of your opponents first round shooting as you wont have your jink save if you are caught flat footed.
Plunk the cheap scouts on an objective and stick Telion's squad behind the
ADL. Let them snipe characters until the flyers arrive (you alot wounds on a 6, plus they're rending!) and then put him on the quad gun for
AA (
BS 6 on a twin linked gun).
I know he's not a Salamander, but a "counts as Telion" can be included under the vanilla rules and he's a steal for the price.
The Termies then teleport in in hte 2nd or 3rd round and begin the Master Crafted Thunderhammer slaughterfest. You should be able to pincer your enemy between them and the sternguard (remember stern still are vets and get base two attacks,
and over-watch with special ammo) w/out scatter if the hommer's survive, with the last
tac dropping in for support on the 2nd or 3rd round.
