Today I played a game with a friend. Upon moving within 3 in of a mysterious objective it came out to be a skyfire node. Can his Hive guard (an elete slot) control that objective and gain the skyfire from that objective? or can only scoring units gain skyfire from the mysterious objective?

Or you could give them the pages because letting them look it up themselves has more merit than "Some guy on the internet said you could not do that" That and we give them page numbers because the forum is not a replacement for having the rulebooks.
