HI.
I am not an expert on FoW.(Only been playing a few months.)

But I would drop the sherman assault gun platoon and the rifle platoon.

And put in an AA section and some artillery or air support.

(As AA section M16/M13 are great anti infantry units if no air threat is present. And mortars / field howitzers are more cost effective than the assault shermans.)

I hope this is helpful to you

I agree you need something air or artillery based. It's a good list but you're gonna struggle versus heavier German armour lists unless you get something that can hit the soft top armour of the Panthers and Tigers. From memory 2nd AD gets some good SP-arty. (2nd AD is from the same book as my 2nd SS)

Thanks for the advice.
I am going to take a corp anti-aircraft artillery with 1 section of M16 MGMC
Are aircraft as good as artillery at taking out armour?

US in that book aren't as great as the ones British get but they do the job just fine. Main difference being the P47 used bombs while the Hawker Typhoon uses rockets. If you take aircraft you don't really need to take AA as well because your planes double as interceptors, although AA is still good for cutting down infantry hordes.

Do not get the HQ 105mm in TT, add a 3rd 105mm to the Assault Gun Platoon instead. This due to how combat attachments work in V3.

However, a section of M7s would be better all around then the AGP.
