Here's the list I'm going to run next week hopefully. My opponent will most likely be necrons, although it could be Tyranids or GK just as easily (my opponent collects all 3)

i just ran a list similar to vs necrons and won.

drop the warbikers, drop the big choppas and bosspole from nob bikers, drop 10 boyz and a big shoota from each boy mob.

at 1500pt you can run your warboss, a big mek kff, a maxed out unit of nob bikers, 2 mobs of boyz, and 2 mob of lootas,

i would suggest running the nob biker death star as follows:
10 to 8 nobs on bikes
3 PKs
1 waaagh banner
1pain boy upgrade
10 to 8 cyborg bodies (optional) can use or save 50pts to 40pts

this would then give you 3 scoring units of which 1 can take up to 2 full turns of shooting, supplemented by loota deff gun support.
a general tip for lootas, always run lootas in mobs of 10 or more at all times if possible.

if your still over points dont be afraid to drop bosspoles.

your main difficulty and obstacle will be GKs,but that goes for anyone. i would suggest to time the assault tempo just right vs necrons. if you dont and you are assaulted then theres a good chance that they brought an HQ that can "mind shackle" one of your nob bikers in a challange and you wont be able to use them. and as for tyranids, only assault what you can kill and shoot shoot, shoot, and target prioritize.

Well I think the main difficulty with your list are the units that can really tackle your deathstar. GK are only going to mean death in cc.

Overall the list is good. I would like some more antitank, 15 lootas are a little light for this role.
