Does the Doom of Malan'tai's spirit leach affect fearless units?

I have assumed so because fearless units now in 6th ed now only auto pass moral checks and moral check is defined as a type of leadership check.

It's a Leadership test, not a moral test.
Fearless would make no difference.

And 4th. And 5th. Morale checks are a subset of Leadership tests; autopassing a morale check has no effect on whether you pass or fail a leadership test
