Most of the guys in my area are excited for the cultists for various reasons. I want to get some multiple of 9 to go with my Tzeentch apocalypse army. Another one of my friends who loves the Imperial Guard wants to make a Savlar Chem Dog army, and 2 others just want the cultists for Necromunda models.

Witha bit of carving to get those chaos markings off, they'd work well as a militia force for SoB too (IG alliance for all intents and purposes, of course.)

I am most excited by the Hellbrute, we needed a new Dread for a long time. I am secondly most excited for cultists because they are just cool, and it will be fun to have some fodder to play with. I am not sure if I am excited about the chosen because the current rules for them stink, and I don't know if they will be any good in the future.

I plan on using the whole box as one Army, Chaos with the Fallen. An Allied army using the same book.

They're amazing models though. how about using them as whatever equivalent of a sarge you have for your normal CSM units?

Oh, I will definitely use the models if chosen rules are not desirable. I just don't know where I will use them off the top of my head! The models are top notch.

1. My friend is buying it.

2. Chaos cultists. It's been far too long for these guys to not get some sort of rep.

I like just about all of it. the chaos stuff is great looking as are the DA characters (except the chaplin looks awful). As a deathwing player I am disappointed in the termies. The detail is ok, but the poses are kind of stiff looking. I think the assault cannon is terrible. It is almost like they are trying too hard to be the space hulk guys and failing at it. That being said chaos totally awesome looking and I don’t even play chaos. The set as a whole I would give 8 out of 10. Folks have waited a long time for plastic cultists and it paid off, that said we will have to keep waiting for good deathwing termies.

If I played CM I would be super hyped about the Hellbrute, in fact I am splitting the box with another guy in FLGS and he plays Chaos and just loves the Hellbrute & the Chosen... he acutually took the marauder box set and made his own cultists a while back, but he does love the models in this box. I just love the look of the ravenwing squad and the deathwing squad... plus the mini rule book will be nice to have( I gave up the Chaplain for the rule book)... no worries I wasn't in it for that model anyways.

You allowed me to choose all the options so I did. I'm mostly excited about the quality of the sculpting as well as the small rule book that I can carry around easier. Looking forward to painting these guys up!

I have for long found the whole concept about secret cults quite fascinating, and as such I am definitely most excited about the cultists. The tiny rule book gets 2nd place.

I am excited about the whole kaboodle! Just as AoBR it comes with the gear needed to start off playing. With the new handy-dandy Rulebook now in fun size and complete with dice and templates its a dream. All the Models are amazing, 'nough said. I am looking forward to painting them and maybe even getting a second box to make a larger army. Thanks GW, I didnt know you had it in you. *Clap *Clap

+1!
I didnt buy the large one for cost and shear weight

I think the best model, is the chapalin, followed by the chaos lord.

I am most excited about he rules of the cultist, as chaos could really use some chaff to push around the table. Word Bearers and Alpha Legion rejoice(my two favorite legions)

As for what model I am most excited about, its the chosen. I really want to see the backs of these guys and start up the conversion ideas.

The rule book as well, i dont own the brb so the cost of the box set was a must have.

I have a ebay auction for all the chaos stuff and a spare rule book, the most watchers is for the cultists at 20, then 14 watchers for the mini rule book and the hell brutes (x2) the least is for the lord at 7& 9,
