#1: So lets say that someone is shooting at you, and as normal once the wounds have been allocated you choose to go to ground. Do the wounds still apply if by going to ground, you completely remove yourself from their LoS?

#2: Does infiltrating count towards troops on the ground for sake of 50% deployment requirement?

1) yes, because you dont actually alter your LOS profile when going to ground
2) yes, as they have been deployed.

Thanks, too bad about the LoS thing but I didn't try to pull it in the game because I figured the answer was going to be what you said. Oh well.
