Start w/ Preds on field and DS the Raiders. Valid in 5e not sure about 6e.

Never field a captain, ever, a libby would be much better

Would it be okay just to switch the Libby out w/ the Capt? And what do you think of trying to fit in a Stormraven?

Really?

Captains are just not good as librarians
Tactical squads are not the best and are pretty useless to you in a raider.
A raider costs loads of points they need to work well to be worth it.
jump packs do not fit into a raider.
Flamer templates are hard to position coming a tank, then you will be in assault range.
Prefer the reverse set up on the pred.
deep striking raiders is plainly silly.

Stormravens are now quite cool
