Subject: 1750 'Crons Mindshackle, Weave or Despair?

This is my 1750 Necorns cut from a 2k list, and I have 30 points to spend on 3 things (each worth 30pts) that I'd like to spend it on so which would you suggest and why? Firstly here's the list:
Overlord: Warscythe, Command Barge 180
Overlord: Warscythe, Command Barge 180
5 Immortals: Guass, Stormtek, Nightscythe 210
5 Immortals: Guass, Stormtek, Nightscythe 210
5 Immortals: Tesla, Despairtek, Nightscythe 215
5 Tombblades 100
5 Tombblades 100
Doomscythe 175
Doomscythe 175
Doomscythe 175
1470
So that's the list, I know I could drop the bikes but they are the main reason I decided to start Necrons so I'm keeping them. Everything elase is pretty efficient. So from the title you may have guessed what I'm thinking of spending the last 30 points on. It boils down to 4 options:
A: Mindshackle Scarabs for both Overlords. Makes them a serious threat in Combat, but are less efficient from the back of a Chariot. Once the Chariot dies they make him lethal in Challenges.
B: Sempiternal Weaves for both Overlords. Gives no real benefit from the Chariot. But makes them useful if the Barge dies. With the Weave they become useless the minute the Barge dies and I don't want to right off 100pts for the loss of an 80pt model.
C: Weave and Scarabs on one of the Lords. Make him my Warlord and makes him complete. He's then a beast even if his Chariot goes. Focuses me on keep my slay the Warlord model alive longer.
D: Despairtek for the Tesla squad. Adding a 2nd Despairtek (which they have in the full list) to the Tesla squad makes them a much bigger Anti-infantry threat and makes them great late game objective campers as people won't want to assault them with what will hopefully be largely just small squads by then.
So what would you pick and why?

I vote C, B, then A
The warlord is a direct impact on the game outcome, and keeping him alive should be a (somewhat) priority, pair it with the fact he may get combat bonuses from warlord traits, and he could be straight nasty.

Well, I'd opt for A), the weave is important for a Destroyer Lord, but not for Lord on a chariot.

The scarabs are random on a chariot though.
Im starting to lean towards the despairtek.

I really have mixed opinions regarding the options available and so I do understand why you're esitating. Starting from the holy-truth that everything must be play tested I do agree with iGuy91. I'm not underestimating your generalship capacity but everyone of us wake up in a very bad day sometimes. Ironically but inevitably in this situations everything go wrong and wrong. The loss of an Overlord in your list would be a huge penalty during a game (basically one of yours only 2 CC units), losing him as Warlord will be even worse givin' a strategically uber-important victory point to you opponent. I know that this is a choice of opportunity and not really what we would like o do but this is what happen weakening higher pts lists to lower levels so, unsatisfactorily but wisely, I'm C.

It might be random, but you also might get the guy you need. Also, 2 overlords at 1750 is unnecessary, as well as tomb blades. They're immortals that can move faster and are competing with Destroyers (anti MEQ, and anti tank), Wraiths (anti everything), and scarabs (anti tank). Overlords needs Phase Shifters in all but the smallest games because people will take their AP2 PW options. Overlords in barges should be taking out tac squads or assault squad, basically anything without an invul save.

FlingitNow I realy do underline Great Deceiver advices. I do completely agree with him in fact.
In particular regarding Tomb Blades.
I do understand the late-objetive-grabbers role but one unit may be enough. You didn't specified but I assume you're using them with TL Gauss Blasters. That's nice, less effective then a HB Attack bikes unit but ok.
I do understand too the sentimental choice. I do take often models just because I like them in a lot of the list I build up but you're asking for competitive situations don't you?
I will seriously consider some stronger/more effective/more reliable FA unit and even if this will cost you to drop 1 Doomscythe.
In fact 3 doom croissants could look a little overkill..
