Big Mek with KKF
7 Cybork Nob Bikers including 2 PK’s, WAAAGH Banner, Boss Pole and Painboy
2 units of 30 Shoota Boys with Nob with PK and BP
2 units of 9 Lootas
1 unit of 3 Lobbas with 3 extra crew and 2 ammo runts
OR
Warboss on a Bike with PK
Big Mek with KKF
6 Cybork Nob Bikers including 2 PK’s, WAAAGH Banner, Boss Pole and Painboy
2 units of 30 Shoota Boys with Nob with PK and BP
2 units of 9 Lootas
15 Grots with Herder
ADL with Quad Gun

I'd go list #1. I find lists like that are more effective against my army in particular.
I'm interested to see others' comments, because I have difficulty fighting orks sometimes.

go with list #1 but,
drop the kombi weapon from the warboss and replace with cyborg body if points allow.
drop the bosspole from the nob biker deathstar.
drop lobbas as deff gun lootas will be cheaper and better.
drop ork boy mob from 30 to 20 with big shootas added.
then add more lootas, more nob bikers, and 1 more PK for the nob bikers.

List 2. Lootas need the cover of an ADL to stay alive. Grots on a gun is always useful.
On the other side lobbas struggle to kill anything.

Manticores can be hard to deal with if the enemy castles up.
I'd say that it will be very situational depending on deployment and terrain. How about a Dakkajet?
