So I'm going to be starting a new Chaos Space Marine army when I split on the box set with my friend. Originally I really wanted to play Thousand Sons army but don't want to limit myself since the units that a fluffy Thousand Sons army would ever use are fairly limited. Are there any other Tzeentch worshiping Chaos legions that could be a little more versatile? Or are Thousand Sons ever known to ally themselves with other legions?

It is perfectly viable to create your undivided legion or warband that contains a full complement of forces from Codex: Chaos Space Marines.

Go with a Thousand Sons offshoot. Have some disatisfied Thousand Son sorcerer go off to create his own warband, with a small compliment of Rubric Marines. He can go hire his services to other Chaos Marines and start up a fully functioning warband of his own devising.

Thanks for the tips! Will probably take your advice, Ronin, and maybe paint them up like The Scourged since it's close to Thousand Sons but a little different.

Thanks again everyone!
